Kevin has over 25 years of experience in the industrial services sector. He joined The Rapid Group in January 2024 as CEO, and his focus has been on company growth through organic sales and acquisitions, building strong teams, operational excellence, financial stability, and taking care of employees and customers. Throughout his career, he has held leadership, operations, and engineering positions. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys being with his family, their kids, grandkids, golfing, skiing, and time around the firepit.

Jorge Martins has been part of The Rapid Group since April 2024 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Jorge brings 27+ years of experience in Industrial Services in North America, as well as Global experience across a very diverse background that includes Operations, Finance, and IT. Jorge is focused on running a team to support all back-office and finance needs, enabling profitable growth and integration across the enterprise. When not working, Jorge enjoys quality time with the family that now includes two grandchildren, as well as travelling the world.

Paul Kearney is the Chief Operating Officer for The Rapid Group. Paul’s combined 40 years with Dresser Industries and General Electric in Sales and Operations gives him a unique ability to drive smooth integration of new acquisitions while improving their overall health and performance.

Paul enjoys playing golf, practicing Tai Chi, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Marc Salvati is a seasoned sales and operations leader, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Sales and Acquisitions at The Rapid Group. He previously held the role of owner and Chief Executive Officer at A & C Furia Electric Motors & Pumps, where he oversaw strategic growth and operational excellence. Before that, Marc founded and led Continuity Partners, leveraging his deep expertise in sales, operations, and P&L management. With a strong track record in driving business performance, he combines analytical rigor with entrepreneurial vision.

George McClain is the Vice President of Machinery Services Co., bringing over 20 years of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and client-focused execution to the organization. Since joining the company in 1999, he has driven revenue growth, strengthened the market position, and built long-term partnerships across the transportation and strategic markets. He leads key initiatives that streamline processes, accelerate project delivery, and ensure the successful execution of complex, high-profile projects. Previously, he excelled as a Sales Representative at Kenseal Construction Products, consistently surpassing revenue targets and expanding territorial sales. His early hands-on experience in machinery relocation and equipment operation at Main Trucking and Rigging informs the practical, solutions-driven leadership style he brings today, and he holds a B.S. from Rutgers Business School Newark.

Steve Kulcsar has been a part of The Rapid Group since 2017 and is currently Director of Engineering for its team of companies. Steve has over 38 years of hands-on experience in the planning and management of turn-key facility upgrades within the water, wastewater, and mechanical process industries. Steve provides creative value-engineered solutions to complex issues that meet a customer’s timeline and budgetary goals. In his spare time, Steve enjoys playing golf and spending time at the Jersey Shore with his family.

Ernie Rapoza began his career at Delta Electro Power after his family purchased the company in 1977. Starting with hands-on roles through high school, he developed a strong understanding of the business while working under his father and seven brothers. After graduating from Bryant University in 1989, he helped build a custom software platform that improved Delta’s processes and gained experience across the company.

Ernie later served as President of Delta Electro Power, overseeing all departments and driving improvements in efficiency, operations, and reporting. He worked closely with management, staff, and vendors, and developed deep expertise in Delta’s ERP systems and data reporting.

Following The Rapid Group’s acquisition of Delta in 2023, Ernie transitioned into his current role as Director of Operations. He supports organization-wide operational excellence and helps guide the onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies into TRG’s systems and workflows.

Ernie lives in Somerset, Massachusetts with his wife and enjoys golf, poker, and spending time with his family and friends.

Gregory Seaman is the Founder and President of O&M Solutions, a New Jersey–based company that provides full-service operations and maintenance for both public and private entities in the water resources space. Throughout his more than 40 years of experience, he has focused on infrastructure stability, leading capital improvement projects, and building operations teams focused on compliance, safety, and efficiency.

Seaman’s career spans both public and private sectors, giving him a practical perspective on the pressures facility owners and managers face. Under his leadership, O&M Solutions has expanded its services to include construction and rehabilitation projects, consulting, and the development of resources that help utilities strengthen operations and meet regulatory standards.

He has served on numerous National, State, and Local Committees to advance progress in the water treatment field and has contributed to the National Certification Board for operator licensing examinations. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Monmouth University in 1999 and his master’s degree in public administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2001. He also holds numerous professional certifications in water and wastewater treatment technologies.

He and his wife, Kimberly, are active supporters of the arts and are members of the State Theater of New Jersey Platinum Circle. They currently reside in Howell, NJ, where they raised their three daughters.

Kevin Kramer has been a key member of Industrial Sales and Service since 1992, advancing from Sales Representative to his current role as General Manager. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Kevin combines hands-on technical expertise with a commitment to quality and service. He is known for delivering efficient, practical solutions and building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Throughout his career, Kevin has played a vital role in driving organizational growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing his team.

When he’s not at work, Kevin enjoys staying active—spending time with family, golfing, playing softball, and hitting the gym.

Shawn has been a part of the Delta Electro Power team since 2017 and currently serves as Delta’s General Manager. Shawn brings over 35+ years of experience in the Power Transmission industry. Shawn is focused on taking care of our customers, running our Cranston, RI facility, caring for our people, and making sure we have our priorities right. Shawn enjoys spending time with his family at the beach, reading techno-thriller novels, and listening to music. A National Guard Veteran of the Ohio, North Carolina & Massachusetts Air National Guard, Shawn was honorably discharged in 1994.

Ken Taylor started his career in 1986 with Rapid Pump & Meter Service. Ken brings 39 years of experience in service, repair, and operations within the municipal and industrial sectors for pumps, motors, valves, and related equipment. In 2005, Ken joined Florida Bearings Inc and started a service and repair organization within a Bearings and Power Transmission supplier. After growing the business through repair and service expertise, customer relations, and expansion across multiple locations in Florida, Ken returned to Rapid Pump in 2016 and opened a second service and repair facility in the central and southern regions to accelerate growth. When not working, Ken enjoys spending time with family and taking trips to Atlantic City.

Megan O’Connor has been a part of the Rapid Group since October 2023. Previously an intern of Rapid Pump & Meter & Machinery Services Co. in college, Megan was thrilled to ‘come home’. Megan has over 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Integrations, and Systems Management. When not at work, Megan enjoys spending time with her daughters and watching The Great British Bake Off with her husband, Rory.

With over 30 years of experience in the mechanical industry, William Nassimos brings deep expertise and operational leadership to Rapid Pump & Meter and Machinery Services. As Regional Field & Operations Manager, he oversees complex projects, drives process improvements, and ensures the seamless delivery of high-performance solutions across industrial sectors. Known for his strategic mindset and hands-on approach, William has built a reputation for excellence in mechanical systems, team development, and customer satisfaction.

Joe Crepeau is the Branch Manager at AC Furia and has been with the company for nearly four years. He brings 23 years of experience managing multiple plumbing supply warehouses, giving him deep industry knowledge and a strong operational foundation. Joe is dedicated to building long-lasting customer relationships and excels at troubleshooting and developing effective solutions for complex field challenges. He is known for his hands-on leadership and commitment to supporting both customers and technicians. Outside of work, Joe enjoys hunting, fishing, and amateur radio.

Joseph Pahlow joined The Rapid Group in July 2025 and serves as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst supporting sales leadership across all divisions. He brings more than 6 years of sales experience, including 3 years in financial services and technology.

Before joining TRG, Joseph was Head of Business Development at Stock Navigators, where he led commercial strategy and helped scale the organization from $6M to $18M in annual recurring revenue. His work focused on optimizing go-to-market processes, driving new client acquisition, and building the systems needed to support rapid growth.

At The Rapid Group, Joseph applies that same growth mindset by partnering with senior leadership to design durable sales infrastructure, streamline CRM and ERP workflows, and enhance data visibility across the revenue lifecycle. His work enables TRG to operate more efficiently, make more informed decisions, and continue delivering industry-leading service to its municipal, industrial, and commercial customers.
