Install one (1) new Single Stage RBC Unit with total surface area of 164,700 SF.

Project Description

Over the course of this RBC Unit install, we were able to furnish the labor, materials and equipment required to rig, remove, cut up and dipose of the existing RBC Unit. We then provided the following for furnish and install:

Central steel shaft with integral torque rings
Media support structure
Media pack module assemblies with disc media
Media pack module assembly support rods
Shaft bearings
Shaft bearing base plates
Drive assembly including:
- Reducer assembly
- Reducer base
- Adjustable motor mount
- Motor
- V-belt and sheave assembly
- Belt guard
  - Adjustable torque arm
  - Hydraulic load cell transducers
  - Stainless steel anchor bolts
